Reproduction.  WW2 Style.  LDV Armband.  Khaki drill with printed lettering (please note that these are individually printed therefore slight differences may occur).  Manufactured by Monty's Locker.

 

Supplied with button/buttonhole fastening.

 

LDV armband worn from May 1940 - only for a short period of time until change over to Home Guard in July 1940.  As supplies would be limited, in reality these would have been worn for much longer until the Home Guard armband was more readily available.

 

Would largely have been worn over civilian clothing - uniform supplies not being satisfied at this time.
